I'm not an electrician - but a sensible DIYer and fitted this myselfinstructions were good and it all made senseIt does not clear steam immediately after a shower (not sure any fan does)But it gets there in the endIt was more expensive than the alternative fan (Manrose)Claiming its quieter - and I think it isAlso it does look goodSo after one month its working goodGood product

The fan arrived on time and I am pleased with it.

Perfect replacement fan
Needed to replace a fan that was 20 yrs old. This is a 12v version as the outlet is in zone 1 (shower area) and the transformer is outside of that area. This model has a facility to delay the switch off so it turns off after the unit is switched off when leaving the bathroom. It is very easy to make a mistake when ordering one of these fans as there are a number of configurations. Best to check with the manufacture website to ensure you order the right one.
