I am a Pre Workout Lord. This is one of my all time favorites. Top 3 for sure. I usually get the cheapest flavor so I got this one. It's not very tasty. I made my friends at work try it to see how bad it tastes. They were impressed. I don't care one bit. If you like to be jittery and feel the tingling in your extremities, give this one a shot.

I've tried a handful of pre-workouts over the years, and one thing that usually decides whether I keep buying them is how they treat my stomach. REDCON1 Total War mixes easily with no clumps, gives me noticeably better pumps during my workouts, and doesn't leave my stomach feeling off afterward like some pre-workouts do. If you're looking for something that mixes well, delivers solid pumps, and doesn't feel rough on your stomach, this has been a great option in my experience.

My favorite preworkout at the moment. I love the flavor and it mixes well with my creatine. It gives me that edge I need in the gym to go for that extra rep and really push it to the limit. Gives me a good boost of energy without feeling bad or sluggish later. For the price it can’t be beat for a solid preworkout.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one emotionally affected me. The cherry flavor in this is not just strong, it’s aggressively committed to being the only thing you will taste for the rest of your life. This isn’t a nice, subtle cherry. This is “someone liquefied a bag of cherry cough drops and made it your problem.” It’s so sweet and artificial that I’m pretty sure my taste buds filed a formal complaint. And the aftertaste? Oh, it stays. I drank this hours ago and I’m still experiencing cherry flashbacks. I tried adding more water to tone it down, but that just turned it into diluted cough syrup, which somehow made it worse. At one point I considered that maybe I was the problem, but no this flavor is just pure ass. Honestly, getting through a serving feels less like prepping for a workout and more like consuming cyanide. If you love cherry, you might think this sounds great. It’s not. This is what happens when cherry goes too far.

Firstly... THIS STUFF FLIES EVERYWHERE when you pour it in your glass/whtever u put it in. Every time, I try to dodge the fine-powder fly-aways, but nope. Despite this fact, the taste is a soft pretty candy flavor, with a bit of a dusty aftertaste. It is even better diluted, but for performance sake, I usually load it up with a full scoop. The effect of this drink powder is pretty clean, no jitters, but it DEFINITELY makes me so thirsty which I do not like and for that, I take a star off. I would rather be jittery instead of low-key thirsty because I can recognize it as a definite side effect of the drink; there is no lie about it. I don't have any clue if this is healthy for humans or not, and I don't want to speculate on any sports drink safety issues, but please do read the labels on any product. This was used as an alternative to our usual C4 we buy. I hope you like it! & Blessings!

Loving me encanta

This is the only pre workout I’ll use. Taste great and doesn’t have the carbonated feeling that most pre workouts have. It’s also filled all the way to the top! It does have some chunky pieces, but once you shake it up it’s fine. Will never buy another pre workout ever!

I have no comments regardinv this product. I would just like to share that serious gym rats or athelets should consider thus produts because its fast results and tremendous strenght and stamina related.
