Urban Platter Milk Thistle Seeds, 200g

Firstly, I am using milk thistles seeds since 4 years and it’s definitely effective... previously I found milk thistle seeds no where in India so whenever I went to America I used to bring ... I am so happy now that these seeds are available from urban platter with the same quality which I bought from America.... thanks for introducing milk thistles seeds on Amazon !!!!!

The goodness in it

Kindly clean the product, I found lots of tiny and small stone. And there was one thorn as well which pricked me. Product is good but would one to clean it and then n only then use it.

To be honest I don't know if it really works, most of the people say it liver cleanser, I did not see any effect. I purchased it because I am regular alcohol consumer so wanted to keep liver healthy

Good but not best few seeds are broken and dust can be seen wash seed in a strainer under flowing water then eat or infuse.Also few seeds I planted in a pot it sprouted.
