I am using loreal, can I apply this now

This is bio hair color and very mild and does not lost long even for one week. It good for those who have allergic to chemical hair dye or to ppd

As product claims it is chemical free but in ingredients list they mentioned Excipient, is it not the chemic?

I don't know if Excipient is chemical or not but there is no after effect of its use. Though it lasts for only 4-5 days.
