Naturtint 1N Ebony Black Permanent Hair Color has been one of the better at-home hair color products I’ve used. The color came out rich, deep, and very natural-looking without the harsh chemical smell that many permanent dyes have. I really appreciate that the formula is gentler compared to traditional hair dyes. My hair felt softer and healthier after coloring instead of dry or damaged. The application process was straightforward, and the included conditioner helped leave my hair smooth and shiny. The coverage was excellent, especially on grays, and the color looked even from root to tip. I also noticed the color stayed vibrant for weeks without fading too quickly. Another big plus is that Naturtint uses more plant-based ingredients and avoids many of the harsher chemicals found in other brands, which makes it a great option for people with sensitive scalps. Overall, this is a high-quality permanent hair color that delivers beautiful, long-lasting results while being gentler on the hair. I would definitely purchase it again.

Product went on easily and doesn't run very badly in the shower. So far no fading. I chose black for my naturally light reddish brown hair and it consistently applied. Does stain skin but if you catch it early it comes off with soap and water. No flaking or unusual irritation after 2 days. No itchyness or swelling as others have noted. Also it didn't smell too strongly which I appreciated.

I have used many different box dyes but this one I had to wash out early because it was frying my hair. The green advertising is just for the color mask conditioner after. The hair dye itself has lots of chemicals and hydrogen peroxide. I read the reviews after I bought it and I thought that it couldn’t be that bad but it is. This is the first review I have ever left before.

Pros: Covers even the nastiest grays, color is rich and radiant, does not dry your hair or scalp, gets the job done in 40 minutes. Cons: Color will bleed when you wash it the first time so use a turbie twist that you don't mind getting stained and use a towel for your body that you don't mind getting slightly stained if you accidentally rub the back of your neck with it (yes, I've been there). Note: To prevent further color bleeding, give it time to settle in your hair after the first wash and hold off on washing your hair again for at least a couple of days. Note: Given the ingredients in this product, it is far from all natural but contains a limited list of the not so natural ingredients. Here is the list of what it does NOT contain: parabens, silicones, paraffin, mineral oils, heavy metals, artificial fragrances, SLS, or formaldehyde derivatives. Therefore, in my humble opinion, this is a happy medium between chemicals and all natural. Maybe someday there will be a better product out there that can do it all naturally but this is the best I could find for now.

I have been looking out for a good quality blue-black vegan hair dye for quite some time now. In the past, I have mainly used John Freida or Schwarzkopf. I have tried a few other vegan hair dyes but they either didn't have hair dye in blue-black or they faded too quickly. After seeing popularity pick up for this brand I decided to give it a shot. I used the color 1N: Ebony Black. This hair dye is really different from other box dyes. It smells less harsh, the dye itself is very thick, and it works really quickly. When I was washing it out, my hair felt really thick and healthy (whereas in the past, it usually felt light and damaged). The color is really beautiful! It's a very dark black with a nice blue shine. At first, I was worried that the texture of the dye would mean missing some spots, but that wasn't the case. It had very nice and even coverage. It also covered the parts of my hair that were turning white very well! It looks very similar to other popular box dye brands but is vegan and better for your hair. Overall I am satisfied with this dye. However, there are two cons to be aware of (which is why I only gave it 4/5 stars). First, it burned and irritated my ear piercings. I have my cartilage pierced on the tips of both ears. The dye must've gotten into the piercings, because those parts of my ear are very red and swollen. This has never happened before with other box dyes. So if you have pierced ears, make sure you rinse all of it out of your piercings before leaving the shower! And related to that point: because the dye is thick it takes longer to wash all of it out. The shampoo that they provided felt nice, but wasn't very helpful when attempting to remove all of the dye. So in the future I will be sure to rinse my hair for a longer period of time (and also to clean my piercings). Even with these drawbacks I will still be purchasing this dye again in the future!

I’ve had a great experience with this box hair dye. The color came out rich, even, and true to the box, and my hair felt soft and healthy afterward, not dry or damaged like with some other dyes. It was easy to apply, didn’t have an overwhelming smell, and the coverage was excellent, including grays. For an at home dye, the results were impressive and long lasting. Love the color of this hair dye, it’s such a perfect black that isn’t too blue or warm, however I would be careful getting it on ur skin if you have sensitive skin like me, I got it on my ears alittle and for some reason it broke me OUT in either eczema or contact dermatitis, however Im not sure why or how seeing how the ingredients are gentle/naturally derived.

Why do I use naturtint hair coloring? I like that the hair dye is all natural ingredients. They do not offer any synthetic ingredients. I like the product's vitality. The product helps keep me vital and offer natural characteristics representative of my Asian heritage. The product offers a efficacious manner that other hair coloring tools lack. I use Naturtint hair color in my local gym. I don't like cleaning the dusty and dirty floors after I dye my hair. I allow the gym workers to clean after my hair dye experience. A++ service. Amazon packages the hair color tool with care. I love Naturtint hair color. I hope other folks consider Naturtint hair color. In recent times, Naturtint hair color has increased its price. I hope Naturtint doesn't increase the dye price.

Ich habe eine weile nach der perfekten Haarfarbe gesucht die gut Deckt und frei von Silikonen und Ammoniak ist und dann auch noch komplett ohne tierische Inhaltsstoffe und ohne Tierversuche. Das es tierversuchsfrei ist war mir am wichtigsten doch das es schonender ist als andere Haarfarben und dann auch noch super hält (dauerhafte Coloration) macht das ganze Produkt für mich perfekt. Einziger Minuspunkt, da es aus UK kommt war die Versandzeit mit ca 1 Woche für mich recht lang, wobei das ja immernoch im Rahmen ist doch wenn man beschliesst sich die Haare färben und das so schnell wie möglich, sollte man das einplanen oder man sollte einfach auf reservere bestellen und merkt man das es zur neige geht gleich nachbestellen, doch das sollte ja machbar sein.

The best organic black you can buy in my opinion. Sticks like s@@t and lasts forever. One bottle does a shoulder length hair. Nice smell and easy to use. No allergic reactions using this stuff. Excellent shiny black colour.

The product is good but the color is not staying more than a week..

Very good product, I purchased the gel, I have removed 1 star because amount of the activator to the colourant is not equal. I have used all of the activator and I have more colourant. This is a change which is not cost effective.
