This resistance band works well. I like that I can easily and swiftly go from one exercise to the next and get just the right amount of resistance . Too difficult just move hand to outer handle. Not enough, move hand in a notch. This band has helped me with my weight training as well. Great quality. Highly recommend.

Better than I thought it would be. It's very versatile. Many different things you could use it for. Use it for scratching or working out in the shower. Lightweight it travels easy into case.

The band is too small to use when using with Your legs. Doesn’t stretch enough to do the exercises. Works well around waist, etc, but I had to order another band for different exercises that I would start at my feet.

I purchased this band back in September it’s now April, I use this band 6 days a week and it’s still holding up like new. I like it so much I came back for a second one, but in a different color. I use this for some walking videos and it does the same thing their band does, but at half the price. Happy customer!
