Best hair cream!
I've tried both Brylcreem's, both the American one in the Black Tube, and this here UK version in the Red Pot, after trying both, I believe that the UK version is better... I would have preferred the US version to be better as it can be easily found at any Walmart if your running low, and the UK one can only be found on Amazon if your living in America...However the US one is just inferior to the UK one, and my reason is, the hold.... The UK version has superior hold, and it doesn't sacrifice ANY shine for that hold.I do not notice any difference in shine as many say, many say the US version has better shine, I have to disagree, the shine is about the same, but has more hold...And that's why it wins.I do prefer the scent of the American version, the American version has a very clean, fresh, barber scent, it's very refreshing... I wish they made a cologne of the American Brylcreem, it's that good...The UK brylcreem has a light lemony scent. It's not bad, but I prefer the American scent, however the scent is not my priority so I don't count that in who wins or loses...Price, the UK version, you get more cream for your dollar, a red pot is about $1.50 more give or take, but has 3.14 more oz (88mL / 88gr of cream than the tube. So you get more cream for your dollar.Price, shine, hold, go to UK BrylcreemScent goes to American Brylcreem...I'm be switching from exclusively American Brylcreem to UK Brylcreem now...

Absolutely amazing product! My dad used this product and talked ...
Absolutely amazing product! My dad used this product and talked about the product name throughout my entire life. I literally grew up with the word Brylcreem. When he was in the military in the 50's, this was a fairly standard product. I actually stumbled upon the modern incarnation of this product after doing a Google search trying to find the hair product that Richard Rawlings (Gas Monkey Garage, Discovery Channel) uses, as he and I have similar hair styles. However, he could run his hands through his hair and retain the same appearance, where if I did that using wax or pomade, the "hold" would be lost, my hands would be a mess and I would need to wet my hair and re-style. When I saw the word Brylcreem in the Google search I was stunned - I thought this brand had vanished decades ago. So, after teasing my dad for all my life everytime he said the word Brylcreem, I ordered this. HOLY COW - what an AMAZING product this is!!!!!!!!!!! It goes on like any other creme or pomade (note the word creme... that is the consistency). I apply it on dry hair, wet my hands and run them through my hair afterward, and done. In about 10 minutes the product is dry on my hair. There is no stiff hold, yet it holds everything in place. It is hard to explain. I can run my hands through my hair all day long with no residue on my hands.... AND my hair stays where it lands. I guess you can call it "soft hold", because it holds and your hair remains soft. This is my new go-to product. I will use this stuff forever. I feel compelled to say that this product is NOT good if you need a firm hold where your hair stays glued in place (like all of my former hair waxes, pomades, etc.). I say that because I have a convertible and with the top down my hair flies all over. Not an issue because I just run my hands through my hair when I park and it's all back in place and looking great. If hair movement bothers you though, keep that in mind. I am SO happy my dad brought me up hearing this brand name, because almost 40 years later I will be using this brand name for the rest of my own life!!!

Not For My Hair Texture
As someone with natural hair featuring a mix of grey and brown shades, I understand the struggle of dealing with stubborn grey hairs. That's why I typically rely on VO5 conditioning hairdressing designed for grey, white, silver, or blonde hair. However, I was on the lookout for something lighter. After reading numerous positive reviews about Brylcreem, despite its marketing towards men, I decided to give it a try, encouraged by reviews from women users.Unfortunately, my experience with Brylcreem didn't meet expectations. Rather than enhancing my hair's natural texture, it was left feeling like a coconut husk resulting in tangled strands that were difficult to comb through - leading to hair breakage. While I can't fault the product overall, it simply didn't suit my hair type.Currently, I pair VO5 for my stubborn greys with OGX Nourishing Coconut Milk which I use throughout my hair. OXG is simply fantastic - despite its tendency to leave my hands greasy, oddly enough, in my hair it's amazing. It is light and non-oily in my hair.Ultimately, I'll stick with my reliable VO5 and OGX Coconut Milk.[Included is a photo showing uneven ends resulting from hair loss.]

Works great!
Love it! No sticky and not greasy. I’m nice it’s dry I can run my hands through my hair easily and not get gunk all over it. Keeps kind of a wet look to the hair, but not overly so. Keeps my unmanaged hair managed well. Keeps the poof factor down for sure! I’ve tried other products, but everything else has either been sticky or greasy. There is a little odor with when applied, it’s not terrible though and quickly dissipates. Sometimes old school is still the best. I’m very pleased.

Don’t buy
When I opened it this product had a lot of water in it.Even though it had a foil seal on it this product had a lot of water in it, so much that I could tip the container and the water would literally run out. You can’t get all the water out so it makes it difficult to use.i tried another vendor and had the same problem!😤

hair creme
The fine creme is very good. I had first used it in 1973, unmatchable.

Good quality.
Not sticky, got the shining effect. But i didn't like the fragrance, it is like the smell of old spice cream.

Sehr gute FriseurcremeSie machen die Haare gut erkennbar und geben Ihnen leichten HaltFür mich eine gute Alternative zu Haarspray, Pomade oder Gel, welches die Haare mehr verklebt
