If you are like me, new to the world of makeup applicators and sponges, this is a good product to buy. The price is fairly reasonable and the pack of two works good for me since i often don't have time to wash the sponge immediately after i use it. So for the next time, i use the one i cleaned earlier. And if you have a sister, who ends up using your stuff all the time, you can give one of the two to her and save yourself from silly arguments. :)

The 3 star is for the great quality,popularity and the brand. It's worth a buy for people who enjoy using sponges as it gives a super light coverage which I personally dislike. However the original beauty blender is way better than this.

This sponge has realllly changed the way my makeup looks. I have pit scars on my face from really bad acne and whenever I applied foundation it would settle in the scars making them more visible. This sponge really does a great job and gives me quite a flawless finish. This is my very first sponge and I'm never going back to brushes ( won't even apply foundation with my fingers ever again). I was unsure whether I wanted the beauty blender or this but then I decided to try the real techniques sponge as I got a pack of two sponges for Rs.899 from the seller Cart2India and found that quite reasonable compared to the beauty blender. I would really suggest to try a sponge at least once if you haven't tried it ever before because it really does make a difference and makes the foundation look much more natural. Using the sponge is very easy. Just wet it thoroughly until it expands and squeeze out the excess water. Then put some foundation on the back of your hand and dip the sponge in the foundation. Start dabbing it on your face sheering out the coverage until it looks completely natural. Build up the layers till you're satisfied with the coverage. Pros 1. Very natural finish 2. Can achieve full coverage by building up the layers and still retain quite a natural and airbrushed finish 3. Expands when wet and gets bigger which is very helpful in applying foundation quickly to the entire face 4. When used wet blends the foundation into the skin very easily 5. The shape is very practical. Pointed side for getting into the corners and flat side for applying foundation on larger areas. I use the round side for buffing foundation into the skin wherever I want a sheer coverage 6. Also works great with cream blush Cons 1. The price! For someone used to applying foundation with fingers this did seem quite expensive. But I haven't regretted purchasing it because it has proven itself worth every penny. 2. It is quite soft and easily gets ripped while washing. Have to wash it very very gently. 3. The first time I used the sponge I was very impressed with the finish. But then I got much better the second time and the third time I used it. It takes a bit of practice to perfect your technique.

bought it 1 year ago for rs 870 still working great as i use it occasionally . before this i used makeup brushes for foundation application ( vega buffer brush large my 1st ever foundation brush) but how the streak free, second skin like finish this provides its become my favorite tool for liquid foundation & it feels really soft on skin. how i use it- • i wet it under tap water (after wetting it become double of its size) and then squeeze it to ensure maximum water is out then take foundation on it and apply it on my face. it can also be used (dry) to apply powder under eye area. how i clean it- • i take a dove soap in my left palm and take my dirty sponge in right then swirl it against soap until its become spotless, then squeeze it under running water, leave it air dry in shade. never put it under sun. be careful during cleaning DON'T DIG YOUR NAILS ACCIDENTALLY in to the sponge.

This product is the perfect and the closest dupe to the beauty blender. The flat edge of this product makes more sense than the round side of the beauty blender as the flat one helps you give more coverage. I'd suggest to use them when they're wet as it becomes double it's original size. This is a complete value for money. It applies foundation real quick and gives a perfect finish. Also, pls wash your beauty blenders or make up sponge after each use, you do not want moulds and bugs inside them. It's recommended that you change your beauty blender in 1-3 or maximum 6 months. Since this is a pack of 2 it should last you for 6 months to a year. I've seen comments like 'it tore', if you have long nails like mine you just need to be careful and not so rough that you might poke in so hard into the sponge that it tears. I've been using if for so long and I don't have a single tear or a hole.

No cabe duda de la calidad que tienen, son fantásticas, se utilizan con mucha comodidad y el resultado es óptimo, asi como la facilidad de limpieza (yo lo hago tras cada uso y las tengo inmaculadas). PERO y sinceramente no me importa, están fabricadas en China y se, por mi amplia experiencia en cosméticos que las marcas británicas nunca fabrican en China. Lo pueden hacer en Polonia, Tailandia, Francia, etc, no en China. Es más, SIEMPRE hacen constar que, sea el pais de fabricación que sea, lo hacen bajo licencia oficial de la marca y éste no es el caso. Pero insisto, son excelentes.
