Gardiners of Scotland Dragonfly Sea Salt Caramel Fudge 8oz (Pack of 1)

This is the stuff of memories! Every time I eat a piece, it brings back my trip abroad to Scotland, Ireland, England and Wales. I love the smooth flavor. And the decorative tins are great too. I have ordered several times now, and every time it tastes ofold world flavor, traditions and happy memories. I recommend this product 100%.

I have already ordered this twice and added it back to my wish list! Both orders arrived quickly, it was fresh fudge, and it tastes heavenly. A side note that the tin is adorable and very good quality.

I bought this beautiful tin to give to a friend at her Dinner Party. A couple days after the party she wrote me the following note, "Where oh where did you get the salted caramel fudge? It's the best thing I've ever tasted!! I'm so embarrassed!! I ate the entire tin in 2 days!! I'm obsessed. I must buy more!!!" I have decided to keep extras on hand to give as gifts.

These were surprisingly disappointing. I assume I received either an old batch, or a poorly stored batch. Not much goes wrong with sugar, unless you use some sort of preservative that infuses the candy with yuck. I don't know if the gross flavor came from the tin, the wrappers, or the candy itself. The candies were also grainy like a bad taffy, and not smooth or melty fudge. As for sea salt? That's tricky because everyone has their preference on how salty salted candy should be. I couldn't taste salt any more than a standard plain fudge (or is this taffy?). We haven't even opened the vanilla flavor fudge tin we ordered from this brand.

The flavor is so delicious, and the texture is just right for me (denser version of the American fudge or less chewy or less sticky than caramels or toffee). I had to work hard to control myself from eating several at one time! It could use more salt if it says "salted caramel fudge", but that's just a personal opinion - it is still delicious as is. The tin they came in is so pretty, but when I opened it, the individually wrapped (thank God!) fudge fell out of the cellophane bag they were in. I at first thought they were used, but all 26 pieces were there and decently wrapped. I already am planning to order the other flavors before this one I have runs out.

The texture of the fudge was so Perfect! It wasn’t tacky like the caramels I’m used to, that get stuck in your teeth. These were soft and chewy and rich. Soooo delicious

This is well worth every penny. It's a high quality product and comes in a beautiful tin. I sent as a gift to my sister in-law she loved it.

I liked the tin but the emblem on front is not a sticker and nothing on the back, so get it for the fudge. Can’t seem to link it to anything it’s like. Not much like fudge to me, but when I needed a quick sugar rush I had one. Texture is different than fudge, taste sugar and salted caramel is okay if you need to try one. Bought the butterfly tin as well, it comes with vanilla, wasn’t worth the sugar rush, gave to neighbor. Butterfly tin was bright and colorful all around. But wasn’t what I thought so went to neighbor as well, she liked the tin, ended up paying out the candy and did not get any lovers.

キャラメル好きな父にプレゼントしました。 コクがあるけど、スッと溶けるような軽い味わいらしく、あっと言う間に食べきってしまいました。 缶は母が裁縫のハギレ入れにして、大事に使ってくれていて私も嬉しいです。

Purchased as a gift and was well received apparently very tasty - Gardiners is a firm fave of the family
