Found this to be excellent stuff. Allows better control of the woods when they can be slippery if bowling in damp or wet conditions. Size of tube means this purchase will last long after I am shuffling off this mortal coil.

Just a dab creates an Incredibly sticky surface as long as you remember to rub it in with your hands. Really helpful in damp and cold conditions. Wish I had discovered it years ago. Will always remain in my bowls bag.

I have used a little Henselite Grippo previously on my fingers to aid my grip of the bowl. Tried this for the first time recently. Wow is it grippy. Only need half as much as the Grippo. Not tried it for polishing the bowls or in the wet yet, but I have to say; I was pretty impressed. Don't use too much !

I found it too sticky.

The stuff is really good the grip it gives is excellent and you don’t need a lot. The smell however bleurgh, it has a strong chemical odour which gives me a headache. You will also need to wash your hands about 3 times to get it off.
