Been looking for an option of vacuum bags that are upscale and will last for more than a trip or two. Stumbled upon the black voyage in my searching and this brand is one of the only that has fully opening/hinged top/lid for packing ease. Most only zip down the middle, which isn’t at all going to help my awful packing technique. Got this two pack medium, and it fits perfectly in my carry on size suitcase. I’m so excited to use these on my trip next week! The pump coming included was also clutch. This pump is nice and easy to use one handed. Also has multiple size tips so may even work for other kids pool toys etc. Definitely recommend!!

I’m genuinely impressed with this Black Voyage reusable vacuum compression bag. I bought it for an international trip and it made packing so much easier. The material feels durable and high-quality, and the waterproof design gave me peace of mind. The compression is incredible — it reduced the bulk of my clothes way more than I expected, and the included pump works fast. I fit way more into my carry-on without feeling like I was overstuffing my suitcase. It’s lightweight, reusable, and folds flat when not in use. Honestly one of the best travel purchases I’ve made. Highly recommend for anyone who wants extra space without checking a bag.

Love this bag! I’m a solo traveler who has been looking for better ways to pack, especially for when I traverse different destinations with different weather in the same journey. For example, a couple summers ago, I went to a music festival in sunny and warm Croatia but also spent some time in chilly and rainy Belfast, NI. I’ve used plastic vacuum bags in the past for when I need to take warmer and bulkier layers, but they often don’t last, and start to leak. I’ve only just got this Black Voyage bag but it works similarly to how my Airback backpack works. I like that it’s a standalone bag, and the zipper is high quality, you just gotta make sure to pull it shut tight. It also has a nice design that fits my style. I’ll be taking this on a 3-week trip to Southeast Asia in a week. I’ve included many pics to show how many clothes I laid out on my bed ahead of time, how it all fit in a Medium size vacuum bag before deflating and how it looked after deflating in my carry-on Antler suitcase. I did find that my suitcase could barely close and I couldn’t fit much else other than my MacBook Air in the suitcase, so I may take out some clothes, BUT consider that I was able to fit the following into the bag (all pictured): 2x pants, 1x running leggings, 3x linen shorts, 1x jumpsuit, 1x PJ pants, 4x short sleeve shorts, 1x long sleeve shirt, 1x lightweight denim jacket, 1x sports bra, 4x underwear, 3x paka socks. Can’t wait to take it on my next trip!

Terrible quality product. I’ve used clear ziplock style vacuum bags for travel over the last few years and loved the convenience. I thought this would be a nice upgrade to something that looks/functions more like a packing cube. However, both bags in my set broke on the second trip I used them on. I was days outside the return window, so am now out of pocket on 2 vacuum bags which won’t even zip closed. Buyer beware!

As someone who travels internationally quite often, I’ve frequently struggled with the bulk of clothing taking up too much space in my luggage. I decided to try the 21L vacuum bags and purchased two of them to see if they would make a difference. I bought them several days ago and packed multiple pieces of clothing tightly inside. I’ve been testing them by keeping them vacuum-sealed, and even after more than 24 hours, the compression has remained completely intact. So far, they appear to be very well made and reliable. The zipper feels slightly stiff due to the strong sealing mechanism, and I was initially concerned that pulling it firmly might cause damage. However, the material seems sturdy, and knowing that replacements are available in case of damage gives me peace of mind. I can see these being very useful for check-in luggage, carry-on bags, and even duffel bags. I’m also considering purchasing the Vacuum Seal Travel Backpack Zephyr for lighter trips. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

I've been really happy with the vacuum bags so far. The sizing is just right, the zippers feel very durable and well-made, and I haven't had any issues with air leaking out — they've been holding up great.

Inaugural trip with the 2 medium sized vacuum bags and pump. (My first order was returned as the pump was not included.) Second order was fine and I packed and packed and packed. 6 days, 4 airports, 15 outfits with temps that varied in the 40’s to 80’s I was impressed with the compression. Of course I was limited by weight by the airline but I’m sure I could have easily packed 70lbs. Sweaters and blouses packed easily along with slacks and jeans. The sturdiness of the packing cubes are amazing and the zipper is top notch for water protection. I’m convinced that this is the only way I will pack from now on especially since I can limit my checked bag to 1! This will be a cost savings by trip #3!

Purchased the Black Voyage Vortex Vacuum Seal Technology bags size M as a Christmas gift for myself and my wife. Came with the rechargeable air pump that charges with the same cord as my phone. Was able to pack nearly everything I needed for an 8 day trip to Malta. The organization was excellent and worked very easily. No issues with leakage whatsoever as long as you follow the instructions provided. Was able to avoid the costs of luggage which add up internationally and simply carry on as a personal item! Very highly recommend! Safe travels.
