Check the wheels before you use!
I bought this set a few months ago. I took the largest bag to Europe, and it seemed to be fine. Later this summer, my granddaughter borrowed it to attend church camp, and one of the wheels came off....luckily she saw it happen, and was able to tighten it. On my trip to Colorado, last week, I noticed on my arrival at the Denver airport, that one of the wheels was missing completely! I went directly to baggage claim service and was told that this was not the airlines fault, but an issue to take up with the manufacturer. I came back to Amazon, to see if a warranty was offered with this set, but apparently not. This is something I should have checked prior to purchase. Now I need to see if and where I may be able to purchase a replacement wheel and the black rubber corner piece. I'm not very happy about this whole situation! If you purchase this set, make sure you check the wheels before traveling!

Really great luggage!
I bought this set for my daughter, I have luggage envy now ;) It is sturdy, good wheels/handles that function well, and the zippers glide around the cases smooth and with little effort. It's really beautiful as well, she got a few compliments at the airport, it's a tasteful pattern that's easy to spot on the conveyor but it's not overly flashy, which she appreciates. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again :)

pretty, but i Don't recommend it for long or overseas trips..
I heard so many good things about this brand/luggage so i decided to buy the set for my upcoming honeymoon. Boy did i regret it!!!by the time i got to the destination, the back wheels both were getting stuck then one of them just tore apart. i was so humiliated! in the middle of Germany's airport, i had to stop and see what was happening while i had hundreds of people behind me. little did i know, the wheels were done. I still had 20 days ahead of me in all over europe. i asked the reception desk at the hotel if there's a place to get it fixed, he recommended a shoe store down the street. had to empty everything out and carry it there. he estimated 45.00 euros per wheel to have them replaced. I feel like the bottom part is not made well enough, its too low to the ground, so when it gets rolled, it scrapes all over therefore it wears/tears. BTW, there was a knock off of it in Paris, across from the Louve for 35Euros a piece that was made better, with stronger wheel set. long story short, i would love to return it but not sure if its gnna b possible since i bought it 6 months ago...

Unfortunately I only bough the smaller size and love it! Wanted to buy the bigger one but they don't sell it any more. One tip cause I see bad reviews here on the wheels if is a 4 wheels you don't tilt the luggage and drag it that's only if you have 2 wheels. The great thing about 4 wheels is that you walk right beside it on 4 wheels.

Cheap Construction
I purchased one of these pieces of luggage at another store. I travel frequently, and purchased it in January. By early February it was difficult to roll, and one of the wheels started to loosen. On my last trip the wheel and its base broke off. I had to travel with 3 wheels! On the last trip as I pulled it off the baggage carousel the zipper opened up and my belongings were scattered all over the floor!I fell for the fun, pretty design, but now am throwing it away after only 3 months! Do not purchase!!

Good Set So Far
Got mine from TJMaxx and have taken five trips with them so far.....no problems. However, these have been road trips and cruises (no airports yet), but the cruise baggage handlers aren't easy on bags either. I do like the fact that the print seems to mask any scuffs you might get along the way too.I was also pleasantly surprised to find that these bags hold much more than they look like they would. They have elastic straps on the inside to secure your clothes on one side, and on the other is a zipper compartment with a zipper mesh pocket on it. Not as many pockets as I'd like, but I guess it's enough now that I'm using ebags packing cubes to organize my trips better. Finally, these bags are just cute and different enough that you can pick them out easier in a sea of bags at the cruise port when you disembark (and presumably at the airport as well).....provided that fifty other people didn't get the same bags. :)
