I bought a medium, I weigh 150 pounds and I'm 5'5 this size fits me great. Not too tight, just right, and I can move comfortably.

Listen to the instructions when measuring yourself. I bought a smaller size because I didn’t want to buy it bigger to kinda force myself to lose weight. quality is great, clips are sturdy, only thing I hate about it is that the sides poke into your tummy. Although, i’ve used others and this is my favorite so far. If you have issues with upper back rolls consider getting the over the shoulder ones because it tends to roll down slightly.

I love the V-Belt line and have been using it for the past couple of years!!! It definitely helps with your posture and I do not work out at all (not recommending that) but I do have a much smaller waist and remember consistency is the key!

I have been using vannabelt for years now , it’s the only waist trainer I can use. I have tried other waist trainers but after using this one I could never go back. My waist is getting smaller. I wear it not just to workout but under my clothes to have a snatched waist

Size up!! I followed the measurements and they are off for size and lengths, I have to reorder the short one as the v2 is too high on my torso. The quality seems good off course only use will tell. I wish they offered in different colors, especially nude so you can wear under garments. Also beware you can not wear this under tight fitting clothes as you can see the clasp/closure showing through, visible on tight clothes only.

Come on. I got the max size and some how I squeezed in. Should definitely do some wonders when I stick to a proper eating habits and do workout.

El cinturón es bueno, no es incómodo, tiene buena compresión y los materiales son suaves, sin embargo no funciona para torsos cortos, preferí devolver y cambiar por el vbelt regular.

I am happy with this purchase, it is a great product and has been working well for me. I was hesitant about buying this on Amazon but it is perfect and I've recommended to a few friends. I would recommend measuring your size as the size I ordered (guessed at) was almost too small for me.
