I was looking for a no sugar organic whey square for my morning breakfast. These are very good. Nice and crisp and they soak up the almond milk and still taste great.

Tastes very similar to Post Bite Size Shredded wheat. Package is a couple of ounces smaller though. Whole Foods Market price for this product has gone up in one year from $2.29 a box to $3.99. Price is better if ordered directly from Amazon.

I normally buy the shredded wheat from Trader Joe's but don't have one near me. I am really happy to have this option because it is just like TJ's and I don't have to make a special trip.

Love this cereal

These are no where near as good as the name brand cereal. Mushy, blah flavor. Price is good and may be a healthier choice than the name brand. That’s why it got 3 stars instead of 2. Wish I only purchased 1 box instead of 3.

Inexpensive and simple, one-ingredient cereal

Low salt, low sugar, delightfully crunchy, high in fiber that you can actually feel transiting and cleansing your intestine! I use these bite-sized squares like Triscuits, by adding healthy flax oil to them and sprinkling Benson's Table Tasty Salt Substitute on them, and they're so delicious that it's hard to stop eating them, like Jay's Potato Chips!!!! Wow, I love these, and they're cheaper than Post Shredded Wheat Mini Wheats and HALF the cost of Kashi!!!

I am on a low sodium diet so these are perfect. High in fibre,protein, and iron plus sodium free

My son loves mini-wheats but the name brand ones are way too sweet. These are pleasantly sweet but a lot less sugar. He loves them.

I have always been a fan of any cereal with frosting but as a vegetarian the national brand of frosted wheat squares contain gelatin and that has always been off putting to me. I like the taste of these, they are sweet and the wheat itself is a good texture and size. The only issue I find is that there is always a lot of pulverized cereal at the bottom of the box, this is obviously going to happen with any cereal but for whatever reason this cereal has a massive amount of crushed bits. I am not sure if this is due to some packaging flaw on the part of the manufacturer or my delivery person hating me and throwing my packages against the side of my house...

We really like these. A lot like mini wheats, but not quite as sweet, which is what we wanted.
