white pan is better
I replaced the red with the white pan. There are scattered dark pinpoint spots throughout. The non stick feature works extremely well. I will update after I used it a few more times

Love this skillet and will be purchasing more. It's not heavy and it does not stick. My food slides around it's great. Priced right I love it.

Excellent performance
I own 2 different sizes of this skillet. Love the bit of added depth to keep the cooktop cleaner. And the weight is lighter than expected, but it does not impact the excellent performance. But it sure makes handling it easier and safer. Cooks very well at lower flame heights than my other pans. Adding a bit of oil to season it, and when cooking, has kept mine completely stick free.

Nice pan. Very durable.
Update: After 8 months it still looks brand new. The pictures are from after 8 months! I like the extra depth of the pan. Sometimes recipes using a ten inch pan would overflow my old one. It is perfectly leveled and heats evenly on my glass top range. Liquids do not run to the edges. Time will tell if it starts to warp but the thick bottom tells me it probably won't. I thought the heat indicator is just a gimmick, but it is a nice way to know when the pan is cool enough to wash.
