Not certain. You would have to look at the back of your tv to see if you have holes and screws that fit the dimensions of our TV. For my TV I had to buy smaller screws and washers to fit the bracket as the set that came with this unit was universal and for the newer TV's. Hope this helps.

Does it come with the tools to mount the stand?

No. You must supply your own tools.
