Is this sharp or dull?

Hello, Autumn. I bought the Dragon Dagger as a gift for my daughter, who likes Dragons, last year at Christmas. I had seen one like it for twice the money from another seller. Every Christmas I try to get her something unusual, not always something practical. She says the knife is very pretty and has it displayed on her mantle.
