May Warp over time on Induction
I bought the 2 pan set (10in and 12in) about 5 years ago and am now shopping for a replacement for the 12in. All and all it was a pretty good pan especially for the price. It was almost 1/2 the cost as it is now, so it was a steal back then. The major downside is that the 12in pan is now pretty warped. It started to become warped about 2-3 years after I purchased the set.I have an induction cooktop and treated the pans well, let it cool down before washing, not putting them in the dishwasher, etc. But now it heats much less evenly than before. In addition the non-stick finish is worn a bit and less slick than before but I'm not super gentle when washing/scrubbing it, so I don't blame the pan too much. Non-stick pans always need replacing overtime.I suspect the warping is because of the induction, the steal bottom heats faster then it can transfer the heat to the rest of the pan and warps over repeated heating/coolings.

Don't over heat on stove top. know what your temp settings will heat to
Non stick for now. Had a small cosmetic chip from factory, no package damage visible. Flat bottom thicker than other non stick pans I've owned. My biggest issue with the last couple I've had has been warpage. Hopefully this one supposedly being stainless wont warp. The heat transfer on an electric coil large element is fairly even being around 340 to 350f at setting number 4. This would be med to med low. 5 being med. heat. instructions say not to heat over 450 in oven, website of non stick manufacturing says 500f. Coating is applied/cured at 800f during manufacturing. I will absolutely provide more feedback as time goes by regarding performance. So far very non stick, the only small gripe is the bowl shaped slope makes it difficult to get under the edge of the food to flip. If it was more of a straight angle it would be better. You have to come in on the food almost straight from the top as opposed to the side.Edit: fried eggs started sticking pretty quickly. cleaned according to instructions, even tried a little oil, no luck, and you know it will only get worse. I sent the pans back. I had better luck with some Benoli stone textured pans as far as non stick, but being aluminum those warped. These MSMK had a raised center causing oil or whatever to pool along the edges, I prefer a flat center. I think there are better non stick pans out there. Go for a texured non stick coating, I think you'll have better luck.

Fantastic non-stick skillets and customer service!
These MSMK skillets are most likely the best non-stick cookware I've ever purchased, especially at this price point. I had initially settled on a similar all-clad set, but discovered these at about $30 less and thought I'd give them a shot because I liked the shape, stainless handles and stainless base much better. So glad I did. The skillets are substantial in heft, yet well-balanced with a really durable non-stick coating. I also liked the fact that they are oven safe to 450 degrees, so you can sear and oven finish dishes like salmon or chops. However, when the set arrived, the 12" pan had some "scuffing" on the bottom cooking surface coating. Probably still quite useable, but I didn't want to compromise on a new product. I checked the seller's info and discovered their email address, sending them a pic of the slight damage and explaining that I loved the set, but would like a replacement for the 12" product. I really didn't want to return both skillets since the 10" one was perfect. They got back to me in a day or so and I received the replacement in two days. I can't say enough good about that kind of responsiveness, not to mention that the skillets perform amazingly well.
