I am very happy with this e-scooter. It rides smoothly, has good speed, and feels well made. It was easy to set up and has been reliable so far. The customer service was also excellent—they responded quickly, answered my questions, and were very helpful. Overall, this is a great scooter for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality e-scooter.

So far I’m very dissatisfied. A new scooter out of the box shouldn’t make a grinding noise and only go 20mph. Now it has intermittent issues with error 4 which is a brake issue. Whoever packed it in the box knew it was junk. The manual was no help and neither were the trouble shooting options. The customer service phone number doesn’t work. Been messaging the seller and initially they wanted me to pay the $100 shipping fee to send their defective product back to them. But then offered me $50 for the inconvenience which is ridiculous. Now they want to pre pay the shipping. They told me any signs of use will impact how much they refund me. If I didn’t use it how would I know if it didn’t work? This seller is a joke and they shouldn’t be allowed on Amazon.

am extremely happy with this scooter and would recommend it without hesitation. Customer service was incredible and quickly resolved an issue I had, which made a huge difference in my experience. I’ve now ridden over 300 miles on it, and it has performed flawlessly the entire time. The speed and range are exactly as described — I’ve reached up to 35 mph, and the battery life has been excellent, easily handling long rides without concern. The ride feels powerful, stable, and smooth, even on rougher terrain thanks to the dual suspension and solid tires. For the price, this scooter is an outstanding value. It claims that it does 35mph. Im 246 lbs the fastest it has gotten up to in flat ground is 33mph so you need to be well under the 265 to hit top speec. Other than that it's a fun scooter for cruising around town or to the store for something real quick.

This thing is awesome. None of the little problems matter; it's big, smooth, fun, and fast. 10/10. The underlights are sweet. Now, there is some weirdness: * The gauges seem awesome at first but are weird in practice. The speedometer over-estimates everything (when it says 35, actual speed is just under 30). But it's still way too fast for a scooter haha so who cares. * The battery meter numbers are an insane design decision. The actual range in practice goes from like 55 (full?) -> 45 (apparently empty). I thought it was "estimated miles left" or something and learned a hard lesson when it died at "45." But this was after ~15 miles of riding up steep hills, which is an awesome range for a scooter this fast and cheap. 10/10 will buy again.

I bought 2 one for me I weigh 250 I can get about 25 miles out of mine at 25 mph my wife weighs 130 she can probably get 35+ miles on hers at 25mph They last longest on flat surfaces. We love them Put 150 miles on them in 2 weeks. I’m going to see if I can get a bigger battery to go further. I would definitely recommend these scooters Has volt meter and the battery life is the red orange and green marks along the outside of the display so don’t get them mixed up thinking you only have 53% battery life Go off the colored bars. Lots of fun good memories and sunsets on these so far

Good Strong scooter, very stylish compared to most scooters out there, highest mph I hit was 36mph, I’m very satisfied with my purchase highly recommend this electric scooter, also the braking is second to none.

Quick and easy purchase and delivery process. Extremely heavy! 30+ KG (Label might be wrong.) Instructions and assembly accurate and easy. Charging easy. Handle bolts: (2 top bolts are easy to screw manually. Bottom 2 bolts may require additional tools like Power Screwdriver.) Please read the manual warnings carefully! :)

Would not even start working out of the box, giving error EO2, returning was a nightmare, seller is in China and only available during the night to communicate, texting me at 11 pm giving me orders to call UPS and make sure pick up is happening, while it's their responsibility! Even after pick up strill waiting for my refund!
