Hi I feel sorry that all of our transform car are in the same frequency, so it could not be used in the same time, but our technician has already processed this issue, it will be fixed ASAP!

What battery do you purchase to make the car work? Ours did not come with a battery for the car.

Mine came with battery and I’m still using it Contact the seller

How to charge it? I believe the batteries are rechargable and it came with a usb charger. but I couldn't find the charging port on it.

Hi Vivek, there is a charging port at the bottom of Car, it is not that visible but you can still find it easily. Please get back to us anytime if you have any other issue regarding FIGROL Transform Car, we're glad to help you out. Here is our official email: Darrentek@hotmail.com.
