Quality product. Hose could have been softer.

More than 5 years of daily use, the spray has performed exceedingly well. No leaks, and still the same flow. In an age when products are built with compromised materials and poor workmanship, this product stands tall.

Very bad item,it doesn't work properly, jet spray is too much splashy as it spreads widely and wet the person sitting, not eligible for toilet purpose and also the tail for the jet spray doesn't fit to the tap. It doesn't fulfill the purpose, Just waste of money 💰.

The product works fine so far. However was surprised to see that the product doesn’t have a Kohler name on the product. Can Kholer or the seller confirm if it’s their genuine product?

One of my washroom health faucet's pipe bursted and then I tried several local pipes, but none worked due to high pressure here. I went to brands showroom to get the spare pipes but apparently there were only complete sets available. Overall set is of good quality, with spray jet having solid plastic body and steel ring detailing2. Pipe is covered with SS flexible with both ends made of brass3. Pipe's connector for spray jet side is made of plastic, while the other end is having steel connector4. Its suitable for high pressure. Local pipes would always enlarge once I open the valve, due to very high pressure created by pressure pumps in the line, and then eventually burst after a few days. No such signs here so far.➖ CONS1. Jet spray sprays outwards creating a water cone of say ~40 degrees, rather than being 10-20 degrees. So, water will spread everywhere.2. No pressure control in the jet, as in once you press the lever, it simply opens at full pressure. So, it's either on/off. The one I have from Jaguar has pressure control, as in pressure from the spray is directly proportional to the lever press.🏆 VERDICTIf someone's just looking for good quality replacement pipe, I would suggest to go for this model and use existing spray nozzle. The pipe is of really good quality and withstand very high pressures.If someone's okay with the cons mentioned, then its a wonderful set as well.
