Does this 10A 7" polisher have soft start, or is it full on or off?

The polisher has 6 speed you change the speed to 1 to 6 as are your needed

Three questions: 1) How long is warranty, 2) is it durable? 3) How noisy it is compared to other rotary buffers?

Im not sure of the warranty i think it's a year and its not noisey one bit.
