Best Nonstick Skillet to date! I have has this for over a month and used it about 3 times a week since receiving. I have always been a Calphalon girl and have multiple of their nonstick pans but this one I think is even better at less than half the price of their 10" and this is 13", its huge!! I make breakfast for my family of 3 on the weekends and I can fry 6 pieces of bacon and 5 eggs at the same time saving me washing two pans and everything is done at the same time. The eggs slide right out, no sticking at all which I have found to be unusual. It is also great for large braised meals like red and rice, lamb shanks etc as it is wide and deep enough. I use this for weekly meal prep and can saute everything at once, no need for separate batches. The lid has a steam vent which I find useful. Best part is the handles do NOT get hot stove top. One caveat is it needs to be hand washed and dried right away but its SO easy to clean that isn't an issue :) I am buying the 10" one next!

Heavier than normal pans, but due to the size - expected. I really like this pan. Plenty of room for sausage, peppers and onions or spaghetti sauce with meat and meatballs or fried potatoes for four. Nothing seems to stick and heats well. Lid fits well. Cleans easy as long as you season pan BEFORE use per the instructions. Wooden handle stays cool.

I bought this pan last July on sale, but I don't cook as much as I used to, so it took me a little while to assess the pan. So far I've used it twice, to cook up some of the one pan meals that I grew up with. You know the ones I mean, where you start with onion and green pepper and a pound of hamburger and throw in a few other items and pretty soon you can feed 4 people for not much money? At the risk of sounding like a #Fangirl, i adore it! It really is like cooking on air. I needed to replace my old pan and the factors in my decision to buy this pan were that it was A) NOT toxic, B) Non stick, C) Very well reviewed and D) Didn't break the bank. The pan heated quickly and evenly and the food didn't stick. Cleanup was a breeze, just soap and water. I had previously replaced my old cooking utensils with silicone ones (between the PFOAs and the micropastics, I've really had to change a lot of things in the kitchen lately!), so I don't expect any damage to the cooking surface. But only time, and use, will tell if it stays that way. In conclusion, I am very happy with this purchase and I am already planning to buy more of the pans in this product line.

This ceramic nonstick skillet has become my go-to-pan. I use it all the time, and truly lives up to its nonstick claim. Food cooks evenly and cleanup is quick and easy. The pan is very versatile and the perfect size for preparing a wide variety of meals. The lid fits securely, and the handle feels sturdy and comfortable to hold while cooking. As you can see in my photo, even after frequent use, the ceramic surface still looks great with no staining. It has held up very well and continues to perform like new. Overall, this is a high-quality skillet that I reach for almost every day. If you're looking for reliable, versatile nonstick pan, I would definitely recommend this one.
