Wow. Has anyone stopped to realize how great Worcestershire sauce is? This one has the fermented fish to give it the low note umami flavor (it doesn't taste fishy at all). From reading labels, it seems not every version has that. There is a reason this sauce has been around for a very long time. It improves most western cooking IMHO.

Some things are the OG and don't need a review. We all say it differently but Lea & Perrins never changes, it is 💯 Worcester Sauce.

La salsa Lea & Perrins Original tiene un sabor intenso, bien balanceado y único que realza cualquier comida. Es perfecta para carnes, marinados y hasta para darle un toque especial a salsas caseras. Su calidad se nota desde el primer uso: un sabor profundo, ligeramente ahumado y con ese toque clásico que la hace diferente a otras salsas.
