Great set of information
Great read. Gives a lot of very useful tips on ensuring fruits and vegs keep their good properties.I would have like coverage of more fruits and veg (mushrooms for example).

The best book I read on the topic so far - no BS, supported by facts, well written. Very practical, includes tips on how to shop for best fruits and vegs. Highly recommened!
