This product worked so well on our vinyl floor! We put a gash into it with the Christmas tree stand, so I bought this product. The written instructions included were very basic, but I watched a YT video on how to do it (from The Restorer Tips, titled "LAMINATE REPAIR DIY," and the results were perfect, easy to achieve. Everything I needed was included in the kit, though I did use my own rubbing alcohol and a paper towel to clean the area really well. We eyed the matching color wax, melted it, ground it with the plastic tools and then buffed it with the provided fabric. Totally blended it. Love this product.

This really helped fix the vinyl floor. I really like it because there’s lots of colors to get the perfect color match or gradient if you’re working with a multicolor floor.. two things I don’t like about it. 1. The heat pen doesn’t seem to get hard enough or you have to replace batteries often. I used rechargeables. 2. After a few months, some of the wax started coming up. I’m not sure if I need to put some type of sealant over it, but it seems like overtime it will vibrate out.

I got this to fixe some vinyl sheet flooring that is in my apartment. It wasn't hard to use or anything but heating up the wax blocks was a chore and the scraper was kind of useless. It also is a dirt magnet for my dog, who is in and out a lot. If you need this for an area that doesn't have a lot of traffic, go for it, but good luck getting a good match!

Great job with Laminate vinyl floor. all shades let you choose the one you need! Tip: if you have big/deep crack/hole fill it first with similar color, and than finish with your matching one.

I had a couple of divots that needed to be filled and after using the kit they are difficult to find them. The other day I dropped a starter motor on the floor - don’t ask what a starter motor was doing in the house - and it left a couple of big scars that the kit took care of with ease.If you have a wood or laminate floor you need this in your tool kit.

The colors are not what was pictured. It shows browns and I melted the wax on the floor but it came out gray. The colors in the box are grays. I ordered a replacement thinking it was a mistake and same colors. My suggestion is to offer the colors shown, my floor is more mismatched now.

Had 4 gaps in my laminate flooring that would not come together again, no matter what I did. Or they would come together, but the edges were already chipped due to procrastination. Enter this kit, to save the day. At least the gaps are filled! Tried wood filler, and that was harder & looked worse. This at least looks better & hopefully does the trick for a while! Wood filler def crumbled on me throughout the seasons, we'll see how this fares. So far, I'm satisfied.
