I absolutely love this shoe dryer! It’s easy to use and does a great job drying wet shoes, boots, and cleats. It’s especially helpful during rainy and snowy weather when shoes get soaked. It helps keep everything dry and fresh without worrying about damaging them. It’s simple, quiet, and works exactly as expected. A must-have for anyone with kids who play sports! I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it!

I used the product for a couple of weeks before writing this review. I wanted to test it under worse case scenario situations (for the type of use I need it for). My main application is for drying cycling and running shoes. I live in the Houston area, it is super humid and often running or cycling outdoors causes shoes to get completely soaked. In addition, I do multi hour indoor cycling which also results in completely wet shoes by the end of the session. (You can hear your foot slashing in the shoe). This results into your shoes essentially never completely drying from session to session ( even when waiting 2-3 days ). This in turn results in 3 issues: 1) seriously stinky shoes 2) gross feeling every time you wear the shoes due to the moisture 3) shoe performance issues such as loss of structural stiffness etc. this product addresses this issues to 90%+. I was pleasantly surprised on how well it works. It is completely silent. As others have mentioned you plug it in and nothing really happens... no noise whatsoever. It slowly heats up and it has a very gentle flow that you cannot even feel. For me that’s a huge advantage because it is very gentle with the shoes ( leather or other materials) . As advertised this will not dry shoes in record time... that’s not how it is designed to work. But if you leave the shoes overnight then it will gently warm them up, and eventually completely dry them in a few hrs(4-5 hrs) then after that the extra time helps remove any scents from the shoes... I was pleasantly surprised as to how effective that was. As I mentioned I have already used it in a few occasions with cycling and running shoes following really “wet” conditions and the results were solid. It is a game changer for maintaining dry , scent free shoes that are ready to perform every day. The product is designed to stay plugged 24/7. You will not know is there . I am not sure if it would work with industrial type heavy leather boots that are wet but it works perfect for my need and for that I highly recommend the product.

You don't need to think about it, just get it. I bought these also as a gift for my boyfriend for Christmas. He didn't give a list so I was honestly just buying stuff to try and make hunting season better / easier. and THIS IS ONE OF THEM. He would always come home with saying his feet were sweating and made his shoes damp or whatever to make his boots wet. So I bought this. Some of the reviews were mixed so I took a chance and I'm glad I did. EVeryday he gets home the first thing he does is take his boots off, shakes them out and places them on this thing. They are dry in a few hours and they are ready for the next day. No issues heating up for blowing. Be PATIENT it is not going to dry within minutes, it take some time and has a nice even slow drying rate. after you have it going for a big you can lift a shoe and feel like nice heat doing its job and drying. The quality is great. We've had this for about 3 years now I believe and it's still going strong. Easy to set up, took less than 5 min. Design is good. lifespan, great so far.

I have never written a review on amazon... But I decided to get on here and just look at what year I bought this thing. And i just realized I have had this thing plugged in (aside from a short vacation once every year or other year) for the last 6 almost 7 years non stop. Ive used it to dry literally dripping wet work boots to have them ready for work in the morning. Any time I talk about work boots with people I immediately tell them they need to buy this thing. I dont know how many people I have convinced to buy one. Like every other comment says. Just buy it and you'll never regret it. There is nothing like putting on a dry fresh warm pair of work boots on first thing in the morning.

I was very very hesitant to buy this product or any other boot dryer for that matter. However I am very pleased with this product. My daily use involves me taking my boots off after working in wet/dirty environments in Florida weather and placing them on the dryer over night until my next shift. Every two weeks I deep clean the boots with Saddle soap, place on dryer over night; Once dry I condition with Obenauf's and place back on dryer. Pros: - Easily rids moisture build up from daily foot sweat. Which in turn keeps bacteria out that causes smell and other issues in your boot. - Given enough time it can fully dry out boots that are completely soaked. Much better than stuffing with newspaper. - No moving parts and hopefully that means long lifespan. - There is something very satisfying when you get up at 4am and have slightly warmed boots to put on your feet, especially in the cooler months. Cons: - The plastic is a little too thin and flimsy for my taste. I am known to be some what of a brute and sometimes a little too rough with products. In combination with heavy work boots, I would not be surprised if I end up cracking the plastic housing down the road. - No power switch. Even though PEET says it is safe and even preferred to leave on 24/7; I do not feel comfortable leaving this item on while I am not home. My solution was to plug this into a timer. It comes on when I arrive home from work and goes off when I leave for work. Giving me a good 10 hours on the dryer. Please note this is a convection heat process. There are no moving parts and thus no sound or vibrations. After 15 minutes of being plugged in grab the middle of the tubes where the heating elements are located and you will feel the heat difference.

I love it, makes my boots dry over night and ready for work the next morning. I keep it plugged in at all times. I have no cons about this product, it's absolutely amazing. If you sweat alot or get your boots wet at work this is for you. I also use it for my kayak shoes for when I go fishing. It dries them out over night and keeps my footwear smelling good with no damp mildew smell. I highly recommend.

Perfect for shoe drying. Both for snowy wet items and warmer places with downpours that soak your shoes. Dries well, very simple design.

The PEET dryer is wonderful. It dries my boots and tennis shoes. It is so quiet with the air flow and dries my shoes rather quickly. It has worked well for me and my family. I wish I would have purchased this early, instead of placing shoes all over the house under ceiling fans. I purchased one for a family member and they absolutely love it. I would definitely recommend getting one if you wash shoes frequently. It works well with boots, tennis shoes, Sketchers and kids shoes. Perfect dryer.

Ya los probé después de que mis botas de trabajo se mojaran en la lluvia y me los dejó secos entre cuatro o cinco horas. Medí su consumo, el cual no menciona ni en el empaque ni en el folleto, consume poco mas de 40 W. Lo único que tal vez tenga en contra es que no tiene ni siquiera un LED para indicar que está funcionando, al conectarlo no se escucha nada y te debes de acordar de desconectarlo una vez que tus zapatos están secos.

Used this product once after purchase and it stopped working. Contacted the seller ‘Best Picks Emporium’ who said despite the product being only 5 months old, they didn’t offer a warranty. Avoid this company at all cost as I have just wasted £90

After one month of frequent use (more than 5 times a week), we are very satisfy with the results every use. Pros: - so quiet, no sound at all - no odour output - deodorized and dry the shoes/boots/bags/gloves after a short period of use (time varies on different objects) - no maintenance required Cons: -- no power switch -- no timer for auto switch off Over all, we depend on it and trust it's outcome every time! It's a great product! Thank you!

Well when I opened the box I was a little skeptical it looked cheap. Then I plugged it in and I thought it was broken because it literally looked and sounded no different then when it was off. Let it heat up for 15 min without anything on it like it says to and there was barely any heat. Then i put husbands soaked work boots on it when he came home. Well let me tell you this thing is my saving grace! I was blowdrying and using rice packs to soak up his boots before to get them dried by morning. Now Its just slip them on the dryer and thier done in 4 hours. PERFECT. It works amazing. And I used it for my kids snow gear and done in 2 hours. I highly reccomend this product to all who have wet boots and gloves. Canada is a must in the winter.

The unit Smoked and burned out at first plug in. The seller did contact me to advise that I would need an American power adapter which I did purchase and use. The fan in the unit did not even start but began to smoke profusely. I have not heard back from the seller since advising them of the fault. A total waste of more than $2220.00! Very disappointed as this was a birthday gift for my son!
