I am loving my 11 quart stainless steel stock pot. So far so good. Made wedding soup boiled a whole chicken. This pot is huge. Also used to boil potatoes for potato salad. Heat distribution good and thickness and quality all real good. It can be a challenge if you don’t have a lot of space in your cabinets.

I live in a coastal region. We enjoy a lot of steamed oysters, steamed shrimp, steamed crabs, and clams. It’s also a rather rural area so as well I enjoy a lot of steamed vegetables.
