So I had bought this product in January 2021. The product is good and I have not had any issues with it. Just that the knobs seemed loose when I bought it and I did not really think much of it. A few weeks ago 27th July 2021 to be specific, one of the burner knobs broke. I needed to get it fixed as I could not use the entire stove because of the way the stove is designed. I called up the service number provided and placed a request to send someone. They said someone will come in a couple of days. Now, if I have a family of four to feed and stove that I cannot use till the knob is fixed due how do they expect me to cook anything ? Do I order all meals from outside till they come and service it under warranty ? Of course I called my local gas agency who came immediately and fixed it, for a price, and I was back again to cooking. I have made multiple reminder calls to the service agency so that they can check the other three knobs and get them fixed if necessary before it gets spoilt and they have not yet sent anyone though they promise to send someone immediately. Today is the 27th of August 2021 and no sign of service executive. Yet.

Worst product ever! As it's been only one month of using but I have faced a lot of issues this 4 burner stove is not working at all.. So many time I called customer care and informed them about this product but there is no response This product is just money waste item Suggesting everyone don't buy this product Honest review

The knows quality is very bad. It came out within 3 to 4 months of use. The sunflower service is very poor. It costs us minimum 500each service. Every time we get repaired again after few months the same problem either one or the other know comes out or it breaks. Now from some time gas is leaking from the knows. Overall the quality is pathetic. Please don't buy.

Good purchase. But the finishing at the corner is slightly not good, as expected. Rest product is ok! The burners could have been more sturdy and robust. Rest product is value for money. Will test Flame quality and come again.

The product seems to be good. I am using it since last 7 days. One of the burner is creating problem. I contacted the the producer - The Sunflame, through email, mobile and telephone to send a service engineer to fix the problem, but it has been of no use. They never cared to respond. One person called, but they were asking for money to visit the site i.e. my residence. The experience has been very poor with the producer of this product to get support. Amazon must look into this issue to help its own customer base before continuing with this producer to market/support its product. I am now forced to either return this product or get the problem fixed by calling a local mechanic.

I got it a few days ago. I scrolled through 100s of pages on each app and was very confused but then one of my friend advised me to get this one. Burner positioning is quite good. You can use all four at the same time efficiently with regular kitchen utensils. Must have for every home. It's in square shape so it would not take much of space in your kitchen. It is good for Indian houses as we use big utensils at homes, this product will be of great convenience. Sunflame is a good brand to go for. Packaging and delivery was better than expected. Thanks to Amazon So far it is a good to have products, if you are looking for a four burner stove and do not want to waste your money on big names. It is a good product and would be somewhere better then other stoves from big brands. One suggestion - durability of product depends on how you use it. Proper cleaning and care keeps things/people alive for longer period of time. Knobs are good and you need to press it before turning ON but still recommended to keep it in a position where children couldn't reach. As instructed do not use wet cloth to clean if the stove glass is hot, it would reduce life of glass. ** Pelase go through user guide before use for operating instructions and safety.

It’s good and worth the money, but after using it on high flame for 10 minutes, the stand color and print faded a little.

The stove came with missing screws and bolts, we have bought locally and fixed, otherwise stove quality is good and we do not feel this is value for money and this is charged too costly.
