The worst infection if you buy
Such a worst product we should never buy.These people requested me to take back my review and offered something.But don't buy this and it's creating infection in the stomach.

Nutritional and healthy
It is effective in weight loss. I take it with milk and it is very filling. It helps in treating constipation and keeps me healthy throughout the day by increasing good cholesterol in the body. It is better alternative than egg for vegetarians. The product was well packaged and the quality is nice.

Poor Quality Seeds
I had bought other brands of Chia Seed earlier and when soaked in water for 1-2 hours those seeds became 3 to 4 times bigger in size and it was good to grind them and drink along with lemon and honey.I bought this Sinew Nutrition Chia seeds by seeing the good looking packing and ratings. But, even after soaking these seeds for 2-3 hours, the size remains almost the same and also it tastes very bad. Waste of money!!!

Worst quality
Do not buy this product. The product is not according to specifications. Chia seeds are black in colour representing the mature seeds which are effective for health benefits. However, the color of this product us not at all black meaning it is imnature seeds. The product is not for refund or replace too. Dont waste your money.

Average product
The product is ok. Comes with an authentication code. However, the product has some impurities mixed in it. I have came across with some sand like particles twice or thrice. I don't know if it was a spoiled seed or what.
