Ineffective. Contains very little shankhpushpi and almost no brahmi
Contains very little shankhpushpi, almost no Brahmi and too much sugar per spoonful. Predictably, it did nothing and it's been a week so far. Would never buy this again. Instead I'd go for powder or tablets for controlling the dosage. Was hoping to improve attention but it didn't help with either attention or memory.
