Works well, but no adjustments.
So long as you remove the flow restrictor at the bottom of the handle, it works great. I did not realize it was NOT adjustable, but the stream is pretty good. Hefty, metal, feels good. Long hose let's it hang on the floor.

DETACHABLE from wall to help with rinsing
Have had this for a while and still going strong. No problems with leaking as long as it's installed correctly. I do wish it had different settings to adjust the pressure.

Great pressure, matches Kohler and Grohe golds
Second time buying this showerhead after we moved, we like it so much. Our fancy new Grohe showerhead had really low pressure and was dripping. This handheld has one spray pattern but has amazing pressure (and I didn't even remove the restrictor). Love that I can easily rinse the tub and walls. No leaks after properly tightening and the gold matches perfectly to Grohe and Kohler golds. Photo shows the Grohe shower arm, we also have the Kohler gold in our bathroom and it matches perfectly.
