Tastes good; very expensive.

Helps a bit with our family's hypoglycemic issues because it is slower burning than sugar cane sugar. It's a better choice for us. We still use in moderation.

Ordinary table sugar gives me migraine, but fructose does not. So I am very happy to be able to obtain this so easily from Amazon.

I've been buying this for years to mix with maltodextrin and kool-aid flavor packs to make my own carb drink. I have used it for up to 12 hours with no gut distress.
