We've been using Origami toilet rolls for a while but sometimes we find that the quality of the paper doesn't match up with its price unless there's a deal on it. We decided to try Bella this time based on the reviews I have read on this product. This toilet paper is quite strong and it's like the other reviewer had said that it has the texture similar to kitchen paper/roll rather than toilet paper, so it isn't as soft as a toilet paper should be. However, unlike other brands which paper falls apart right away once it touches the water, the quality of this toilet paper is better than the others. I have also tried Paseo, by far I feel that Paseo is the best in Indian market amongst not so expensive toilet paper.

Very poor cheap quality tissue rolls. It's a Poland brand selling very cheap products in India, just to fool people in the name of imported product. If you are looking for thick, nice and absorbent tissue rolls then this could be a wrong decision to purchase. I regret buying this.

I had ordered 2 packs (12 rolls in each pack) but when I received one pack came opened with tissue rolls loose. Would like Amazon to solve this issue as this is second time I received like this.

It came in a completely torn packet. Only 40% of the pack was covered. The rolls aren't even rolled tightly, just looks like they're hand rolled - very loose. Extremely poor packaging and product quality. Plus of course it is non returnable. Didn't expect such a product from Amazon, as I've never had a bad experience before.

This is one of the better toilet paper I have come across in India. It is kind of like a paper towel.

Ordered this a second time because these seems best on amazon, just this time the outer covering came torn. the rolls were still fine but i expect the seller to be mindful about packaging since its a hygiene product which needs to be in sanitary condition.

I have used this product for years now. This is my second purchase of the product in amazon. First purchase they sent genuine product. Second purchase the product quality is not good. The paper is so thinner than usual. It is a non refundable product :(
