Super yummy and hydrating drink. I drink a lot of water, but I have some GERD related damage to my throat and esophagus, so water tends to feel like it's stripping away my throat's natural moisture after a point, which makes it very scratchy and uncomfortable. That's where body armor comes in. It's hydrating, doesn't have as much sugar as soda, but DOES have sugar - which helps to coat my throat and make me feel quite a lot better. It is a little acidic, so if you have GERD or acid reflux, I suggest not going too hard on this stuff unless you've got a medication that helps your body deal with the acidity. My one gripe about this product is that the price tends to vary widely. One month it'll be $12, the next $14, etc. It may be based on which flavor is more popular at that moment, not sure. I imagine it's an Amazon issue, rather than a manufacturer one though, so if you can find a reasonable and stable price elsewhere, I'd suggest spending your money there instead.

I love the Strawberry Banana Electrolyte Drink. It tastes so good, is low in sugar and calories. The price is good through Amazon and you can purchase a variety of flavors to be delivered as often as you need them. Useful during sports events to keep you hydrated.

I love this stuff, I drink every day. It has a great taste without being overly sweet, but strong enough that I can mix it half with water and it's still good. There are not a lot of calories or carbs. And it has real sugar instead of other sweeteners, which I prefer.

My favorite sports drink. A lot of vitamins and antioxidants, plus a great taste! Can’t beat a cold body armor after a long day of work.

These were recommended to me by a friend because I was having dehydration symptoms and probably needed electrolytes and for all of those reasons this is a good product. It is a good brand. I love the banana strawberry taste and the price was great to be honest. I’m not sure of the sugar content, but I did feel hydrated and the flavor was good, but it did have a slight after taste that I did not like which I think was just the coconut water and I personally don’t like coconut water so for those who like it or are unbothered by that you will love this product in my opinion. I did not finish these because of the weird aftertaste, but it’s truly because I am picky and please do not decide to not purchase based on that because that’s why I am mentioning that. I have a weird aversion to coconut water and this has that in it I do believe in the ingredients. Overall, I would give it an eight out of a 10 just because I didn’t personally like the aftertaste, but that has nothing to do with the effectiveness and how someone else would love it because if you like strawberry banana, that is exactly what it does taste like.
