Do not purchase this oven. I got this oven on 2nd oct and before the return window i found a 80 degree variance in temperature, i tried to replace it but amazon said replacement is not available due to product unavailability. Then on 8th oct i started the painful journey with wonderchef customer care! After contacting them multiple times. The service person finally came today. After 22 days!!!!!!!!! And he immediately changed the thermostat, and did not even wait to check if the issue was fixed, this after 22 days of wait!!! He asked me to check it myself and he left... and guess WHAT! The issue still isnt fixed. Now i will again have to go through the process of contacting customer care and waiting for service. I am stuck with this oven now and i don't know what to do!

Great OTG with easy digital controls, multiple presets, adjustable temperature, and useful grill roasting functions.

Good for beginners with high capacity.and good part is we get additional 6 months on top of 2 years once after registration. Recieved product in best deal rate and hope value for money.

My oven was delivered four days ago. I immediately opened and tested with a digital thermometer, only to find the thermostat was not accurate and at max temp, the oven still did not reach max temp. For example if you set it to 180 degrees, the oven temperature only reached 120. I called Wonderchef immediately and was connected with a service tech fairly soon. The tech told me he might be able to come that same day, but would call and let me know. He never called. The next day I reached out via call and WhatsApp and never received a reply. The third day I reached out again, and after not receiving a response, I reached back out to Wonderchef again, who stated they were assigning a new tech, and that they would call shortly. That never happened. Four days later, well into the day, I have reached out and called the tech twice with no response. I cannot replace the oven due to it no longer being in stock. If the service call gets rectified, and the oven is repaired, I will update how the oven works. Until then, I would not recommend the product or company based on the lack of communication and action via their service department. **Update** I was finally able to connect with the service man and he came the next day. Five days after initially setting up a service call. The issue was the thermostat was not adjusted correctly. It was literally a five minute fix. The oven now works as it should. I look forward to baking and cooking in the oven, now that I can finally use it.

I’ve been using this OTG for a few days and so far I’m happy with it. The controls are simple to understand, and easy. I’ve mainly used it for baking, toasting and reheating, and the results have been quite good.

The wire rack doesn't sit properly in the groove.
