David packed this DVD with nearly 2 hours of information. It includes a new demonstration with his super-human balance and strength test that David introduced in the early 90's. It features the Personal Trainer section with a drop down menu that allows you access to over 20 techniques that David Hall has been teaching Doctors, trainers, and physical therapists for over 20 years. Included are his techniques for: weight loss (the "Jamba" run), knee, hip, back, and shoulder issues. Digestion/Elimination technique. A natural facelift. Tightening/toning and targeting. Resistance movements and Cellercising for muscle mass. Stress reduction and better sleep techniques. And...the new increased lung capacity exercise with lymphatic pump and increased oxygenation.

Bouncing Every Cell In My Body
This is not a workout like Urban Rebound workouts. It is more of teaching tool. Most of my rebounding workouts are good, but tedious, and repetitious, and semi boring music. I usually do my own workouts to my own music, but get stuck in 3 or 4 moves. This is an instructional video, with very unique moves, that I can use for my own workout. There are moves for aerobics and weight loss, and the "health bounce." Also moves for strengthening upper body using isometrics while bouncing. Moves for abs, back, hips, waist, knees, and ankles, Also a facelift, the digestive system, vision, and lung capacity, and cellulite. At 62, I want it all. You do need a rebounder with a safety bar to hold on to for some of the exercises. He also shoes beginner to advanced moves, so if you enjoy rebounding there is something for everyone. I don't have the cellercise rebounder, the moves will work with any of them. I found the instructor to be very pleasant, and inspiring. If you are feeling old, sore, and like everything on your body is out of whack I would recommend this video, a rebounder with a stabalizing bar, and your favorite music. I feel so good after doing this, and I know it know its great exercise, because when I do it I drop the pounds. Also rebounding was tested by NASA in the 80's and they said it's the perfect exercise. Just remember when you order it Cellercise is not a follow along workout, You learn the moves and make up your own workout, your time, your music...

Excellent presentation for the Cellerciser
Great DVD explaining the science behind using the rebounder as a form of exercise. The exercises helps every cell to be exercised thus David's term Cellercise. The seminar at the beginning is worth the cost of the DVD. The exercises are explained in great detail in the studio portion of the DVD.There is no "follow along" exercise portion on this DVD but he does encourage you to develop your own routine. I do appreciate that he tells you what he does as a guideline. I use his basic frame work for my routine but have moved a few things around so it flows better for me.

WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR ???
I purchased the Maximus Rebounder from Amazon, but found my daily routines very self limiting. I borrowed this Cellercise DVD from the library to help enhance my workouts.After viewing the borrowed copy twice, I know I had to own this DVD. It is very pricey, but worth EVERY penny. Highly recommend Cellercise for anyone who wants to get a great workout AND ENJOY DOING IT.

I expected more
This DVD is ok as it still show you some tips but for the price, I expected more. The explanation of the exercises are too short. But overall it is ok I guess, especially if you didn't see the other Cellerciser DVD that is a part of the package when you buy the cellerciser.

This DVD sucks!
This was a waste of money. I thought this was going to be a DVD to watch and follow along but it was not like that at all. I hate it, it does not help at all, and I am now just using youtube instead.
