Well made but the instructions were tricky to follow as all in German.Managed to connect it using the standard symbols so no worries.

Bought this because my foot switch was making one hell of a noise..its not the cheapest but mid range..It would have got 5 stars but for the instructions. ...package arrived within a few days..I opened it to find the instructions were in german so if you have no common sense at all when it comes to electrics then this is not for you...I have so installed it with no problems. ..its alot quieter than the old one but does still buzz very slightly. .I made an insulated foam box to cover it leaving an air flow gap around it and it seems to be ok...only time will tell whether or not it gets louder...but ok at the moment and cheaper than replacing the light.

It was not too difficult to assemble although yes, it helps to understand some German (the instruction sheet is ”auf deutsch“). Unfortunately after 9 months I'm not sure which component has failed but the dimmer has stopped working.

Instructions are only in German. Cheap screws for cable grip and enclosure body - all too easy to shear their cross heads. Dimmer and footswitch operate on separate circuits, not together. 100 watt limit on the switched circuit (curious). Can kludge to make them work together, but that bypasses the internal fuse (OK in the UK with a fused plug, I hope). Overall, unless you're an expert, "Can't Recommend A Purchase".

The product is made in China, not a bad thing, but the only instructions supplied were in German. Unless you are familiar with the lanquage I suggest you get a it translated rather than play the guessing game.

Der Dimmer kann 230 V-Leuchten dimmen (z.B. Halogenleuchten) und eine andere Leuchte schalten. Gedacht ist das Gerät für die Bedienung per Fuß. Die zu dimmende Leuchte lässt sich nicht ausschalten, sondern "auf Null" dimmen (eventuell lässt sich bei Bedarf der Schalter mit dem Dimmer in Reihe legen - habe ich nicht probiert).Der Anschluss (inkl. PE - Erde) ist einfach, auch dank des beiliegenden Schaltplans. Als Werkzeuge werden ein Elektro- und ein Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher benötigt. Dennoch muss geraten werden, dass ausschließlich elektrotechnisch erfahrene Personen den Schalter verdrahten.Hinweis: Der Dimmer enthält auch eine Feinsicherung. Falls der Dimmer einmal nicht funktioniert, erst prüfen, ob nicht nur die Sicherung getauscht zu werden braucht.

plastica e viti. Pericoloso come quello senza interruttore (stessi componenti elettronici per il canale regolabile). L'interruttore serve per comandare una seconda lampada max 100W..praticamente inutile. Cineseria pura , marchio CE non conformeQuello senza interruttore lo avuto per quattro mesi..dopo ha iniziato a bruciarsi all'improvviso senza far scattare alcuna protezione..neanche il fusibie è intervenuto. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

Se me averió el regulador de suelo de una lámpara pero no encontraba este tipo de lámparas para comprar una nueva. Se me ocurrió que quizás vendieran la pieza suelta y efectivamente la tenían. Lo he sustituido por el averiado y ahora tengo la lámpara como nueva, funciona perfectamente y la sustitución no es difícil realizarla. Satisfecha con la compra.
