Great little oven. Works well and after a few uses the temperature works well and items cook well. We from U.K. where we are used to large ovens but we are coping ok in s country that doesnt regularly use ovens. I have cooked a whole chicken and potatoes , vegetables, cookies and cakes with success. It has setting for grill and whole oven and heat from below. I'm not sure what that is for. Didnt use the ' spit' as i thought it would br too messy. 1 rack and 1 oven tray included and a removable handle.The only Con and its overcome is that oven is quite light so I need to hold oven top while I open door of oven which requires a tug and you could pull oven off kitchen work top.

I read mostly all the negative reviews. First of all you have to know that the smaller the size by volume of any product it may be, the value shall always be conflicting. Because the ratio of manufacturing versus raw material is different and cost of manufacturing takes the lead. So the rating in case of value for money shall always remain average. Going for the other option, sorry to say that dream should not be for commercial use.This product is healthy for reheating and toasting at Home. Consumes less power required for small quantities. This amazingly solves the purpose of parcel food of todays trend. Like it gets back the taste of crispy 5 to 6 Samosas and Wadas at one time like have them fresh, which you shall never get from a Microwave Oven. For this purpose OTG of this size is the best viable option. I also have single glass Panasonic OTG but couldn’t find it in India. I still have to experience the wear and tare problems of B&D product. But the Panasonic one is with me for 2years and is amazing. Hope this shall also be the same. This is really not meant for baking. May be that it can be used occasionally, but I shall never try to use it. Because I don’t find it logical for a 650w of IR heater to be enough for processing.

This high Brand OTG developed snag in it's thermostat after 20 days into use. Called the service center, and the problem was attended. 2 days after the Auto-cut function stopped working. Now waiting for the second visit of the service engineer. As of 23 July the OTG is not working. We delivered it at the service center, where also they are not able to fix it. The company is refusing to replace it.

I love it! I bought it almost 3 years ago, and it is still perfect! You can bake different cakes, pies, cook chicken, potatoes, make riice with vegetables and other dishes. I cannot live without it, it is so useful! Max 230° and 1 hour, it works well, buy it for sure! It also had a mini tray inside. It is small but perfect for a couple!

I bought this product in end of 2018 and the warranty mentioned 2 years.In Mar'20 the lower elements stopped functioning and I had called in the service personnel of SBG (Stanley Black + Decker) only to be told that the warranty does not cover for commercial usage (my wife is into baking but its more for an hobby than for a commercial purpose and I was being frank that her hobby is getting effected due to the delay)...Request put in mid March (lock-down period) and after um-teen follow ups on mails did the Technician come in June second week only to tell that the coil had burnt out and would take another 2 weeks for replacing the same and the visit charges was paid for and the price for the coil would be paid at the time of fitment...my personal two cents is that one should consider before buying this product as the after service is not good...

First, I know that if you look in the manual, it does not list silicone bakeware among the approved food prep dishes to be used. My picture shows that Americans really aren't always good at following rules. Honestly, I had the pan before the oven and wanted a muffin this morning than anything. The first inaugural baking of food in my new oven that arrived safe and sound last evening, about four days before projected!I am so very pleased with the extra selector knob that many other ovens did not have - this oven lets you select convection as well as rotisserie. The oven I had been borrowing did not separate the two and that really bothered me. This oven has a nice light inside, and got hot so fast that it burned the nuts I was attempting to toast. Lesson learned. My muffins didn't need nuts anyway.Last night I baked cookies in the oven I have been borrowing when this one arrived in the post, and I was immensely sorry that I waited so long to buy my own oven!The knobs are sturdy enough, the door is double paned glass, as mentioned by another reviewer, and the handle also seems sturdy. The timer can be turned to finish a cycle of you set it for longer than needed. This is a lovely oven.My only misgiving is that I wish it had more racks for baking cookies. There is room for more than one rack, and it's convection - with more racks, I would be perfectly happy. As it is, I'm immensely thankful and very happy. I was scared to make this purchase, but now I see there was no reason -- this oven is very, very welcome in the home of a new American bride now calling India home.

I had said earlier also that the product should contain a manual with recipe. It helps a lot to clear too many doubts. Operating instructions are not adequate. Does not help much. If you have one please send as requested earlier also.Otherwise at the moment we are making excellent Pizzas with base also.

The product looks good and classy. The material of the body is great. Was delivered in a very good packing and great condition. The only drawback I see is there is no proper instruction manual about the temperature setting. I had to watch lot of videos and find out about different temperature to be used for different recipes. Would be great if an online demo video is posted by the brand. Need to understand the oven and its temperature setting for every dish otherwise the food gets burnt. I feel it is getting more hotter than the shown temperature. So need to use with lower temperatures.
