This little pump out performs another pump that is twice the size, it is very quiet and pumps water very efficiently I am very happy with it and will order a second one shortly. Highly recommended!

I used this pump to install a hot water recirculation system in our RV. The water heater is in the rear and the bathroom is forward. A lot of water is wasted waiting for the hot water to arrive. We boondock a lot so conserving water is important. This pump is almost silent. I did use caution to ensure the attaching fittings were not too tight (to prevent breakage of the plastic fittings)...but more than tight enough to prevent leaks. The amp draw is tiny. I tied this to a 12 volt digital temperature controller that is set at 100/85 degrees Fahrenheit . The temperature probe is on the cold water side where the hot water will eventually get to when the pump is running. With the system ON, if the cold water side is below 85 degrees, the pump will turn on and pump hot water through the supply plumbing. When the probe reaches 100 degrees the controller turns the pump off. Now I have hot water within 2' of the shower and lavatory. It takes about 30 seconds for this cycle to complete. This will also be good for our winter camping as it will keep warm/hot water in the lines. This is a low volume pump. It does not move much water when running. But again...there is no need for it to. I remain very pleased with this pump. I can't speak to the longevity, but for now it is perfect.

works great for a solar pool heater

Works well. I use it for a home made solar water heater for my pool. It doesn’t move a lot of water but it does what it should.

These little pumps have multiple uses. I purchased this to replace my existing water feature pump which failed. These pumps are solid little things and very efficient.
