Doesn't cool a small room
I had one of these installed in a 9 x 20 ft works space a year and a half ago. I leave it set at 72, but by mid-afternoon, it's very hot in the room. I lowered it to 64, still heats up in there. This thing has never cooled satisfactorily, even when it was new. Now that the weather is heating up, I will be changing it for a traditional air conditioner.

Great unit.
This is a great unit, was a little skeptical at first but super happy. The both inside and outside units are so quiet several times I've forgotten to turn it off. I have this AC cooling a 700 sq feet area. I had them install it for me for an additional 340 bucks but was worth the time. They installed it in about 1.5 hours.
