I got this as a gift for someone who loves cactus and succulents. It's a very informative book on how to take care of a cactus (type of soil, watering, climate). It also has details and photos about different species of cacti. The photographs are stunning and that's the best part of the book!!

All the aspects from media , pots, propagation , seed germination, repotting , watering etc are very well explained taking in view the climate of India. Finally brought this book. The author Maj Gen C S Bewli does an exceptional job of explaining the nuances of home gardening with brilliant photographs and breif, concise write-up. International quality printing and paper quality is the icing on the cake.The author's knowledge of cacti, its cultivation, and use is commedable. Worth every single penny paid!
