Does it work? Hard to say, but I recently bought a 4-dose pack for a lads trip to Spain. First night was a wild one - lots of beer, spirits, shots - and whilst not 100%, I woke up feeling surprisingly ok and ready to enjoy the sunshine. Least hungover I've felt after a wild night in years. I did combine with painkillers before bed, and berocca in the AM, but overall felt it made a difference. Put it this way, I came home and bought the 15 dose/30 capsule pack.

As I get older, hangovers seem to be worse despite drinking less and I bought some to try over the Christmas period. On the whole I felt I think it made me feel better the morning after than I would have otherwise. No nagging headache and not so lethargic. Not as good as being tea total, but good enough to make me not want to experiment not taking it.

Expensive but I do believe they work. I have still had some hangovers with them after truly stupid drinking evenings but a standard night and they definitely help with a hangover. There is a significant reduction of the effect of alcohol on myself, I can drink a substantial amount more alcohol before becoming drunk and I find it much easier to reach a good level without taking it too far. However on the flipside, this could be dangerous as I need to drink a lot more to get the buzz, which could be damaging to my health if used regular.

I’m honestly not 100% sure whether these actually work or not. I tend to use them on nights when I know I’m likely to drink more than intended, usually paired with a late night. Do they completely prevent a hangover? No — I still generally feel rough the next morning. To aid recovery, I also take a supermarket equivalent of Berocca, which probably helps as well. That said, I have felt worse on mornings when I haven’t taken these, so whether that’s a genuine effect or partly placebo, I’m not entirely sure. Either way, I do keep using them and will replace them once they run out. Middle score mainly because it’s very subjective and results will vary.

I was massively skeptical. 5 nights out taking these, zero hangover after each. Averaging about 4/5 pints a night when going out. Will update after a few more months

So what I think this product does is place a placebo effect on you that when you first take it you're more conscious about what you're drinking and then you wake up and think... it works. But I've now used this past the initial stages and used every single table in the packet. It doesn't work. I've actually experienced some of my worse hangovers using this product. Want to get the hack... drink an Alkalizer before you drink, one before you go to bed and then one when you wake up in the morning. Works for me. Won;t elemanate a hangover but it helps you get over it quickly.

So 4 drinking nights... 3 while taking these and 1 without, this is what I found... I'm absolutely hopeless with alcohol, forever spending another day or two in a state being the price I pay for a night on the pop.. so night 1, popped two of these, stuck to spirits, generous servings I may add and the following day.. no real issues.. woke slightly groggy but as I came round, within an hour of coffee, I was fine.. not jumping for joy and full of life but fine... A very good improvement so far.. second night, same as above and the following morning, again.. absolutely fine! The 3rd time I neglected to take these had a fairly moderate amount and the following morning, deathly... Lost a day or so feeling sorry for myself.. 4 time (actually last night) I popped 2 as the first 2 attempts and I've awoken absolutely fine!! It's almost witchcraft how these work and if it is psychosomatic then still worth the cost but regardless of the magic in these, I've awoken all 3 times absolutely fine. Capable of getting up and getting in with the day opposed to hideous hangovers and not forgetting the dreaded 'hangxiery' , so here on I'll certainly be getting these again. Very worth a punt! No aftertaste, easy to swallow, win win!!

Absolute game changer take everyday and never have a hangover again. Do you feel absolutely perfect no but alleviates 90% of the problem - took regularly for months and then ran out so didn’t take for a week to see if it made any difference. It did back to paralysing hangovers - went swiftly back on them - miracle product and remember it’s not just the hangover, they are protecting your liver too. In actual trials there was a 70% decrease of blood alcohol in blood compared to those who didn’t take it - no brainer

Hat wirklich gut gewirkt. Ich trinke sehr wenig (unter ein Bier in der Woche) und hatte Angst, dass ich zu meinem 40ten mit Freunden in Prag das Wochenende durchhänge. Ergebnis: 8 Bier und 5 Mojitos innerhalb eines Abends. Mir ging es sehr gut. Auch am nächsten Morgen. Nebenwirkungen bei mir waren aber kräftige Magenschmerzen und Durchfall am Morgen. Aber danach war alles super.
