Since I was pregnant from my last baby, this is being my go to hydration and my lord works like magic during pregnancy, breastfeeding and now is a staple in my daily routine, I add ice, one lemon and the powder it’s delicious!!!

Working well for my pregnant daughter who has food aversions at this time.

I've been using Perelel for a few days now to hydrate after my morning runs. I'm not sure I feel immediate effects but I know that I will have to use to product consistently to maximize it's benefits.I really like the taste. It doesn't taste salty like other electrolyte brands but also isn't too sweet. I'd describe the taste as fresh with a hint of lemon.I will say that it takes a bit of work to dissolve. I pour 8 oz of water in a mason jar and then stir the powder with a metal spoon. That works ok overall but sometimes powder sticks at the bottom. It helps to add a lid to the mason jar and shake the product. I may try blending in my Ninja to see if that helps.Overall, it's worth a try! The price point is a bit high, so I'm not sure if this will be a long term product for me but time will tell.

Gross. So expensive for a product that just doesn’t taste good. The flavor is weak and tho lower sodium, it tastes like salt. I was a bit sad, because the list of ingredients is solid. I just can see spending that much money monthly for something I have to choke down.

I was really excited to try this but I just cannot drink it. It tastes awful and if you let it sit to sip on it slowly, the smell gets worse. It’s like drinking rotten egg water. I couldn’t keep it down. I only had 1 serving and couldn’t take it. It’s also expensive and was expecting better.
