Works perfectly on a cruiser bike!
Bought this item to enable us to carry a women's style cruiser bike on a hitch receiver bike rack. The cruiser we have has a curved step through top tube/down tube and would not fit on an older style hitch receiver carrier. The Allen 900B Tension Bar Cross-Bar Adaptor provides the horizontal bar to attach the bike to the carrier. Sturdy, installed in i 60 seconds, works perfectly, very happy.
