I've read a comment that says once it gets wet, the clear coat begins to cloud. Has anyone found this to be true, once the topcoat has cured?

No, but you do not want to put hot pots on it

Can you use over existing granite countertops?

If the existing granite countertop was properly prepared. You would need to scuff sand first then apply 2 coats of a bonding primer.

Sure is! We've had this on our counters for about a year now and it's held up fabulously - we love it!

Can you use it on a Formica ?

Yes, that is what I used it on. Beware though you must sand the Formica first to scratch it up and that is not easy. However it is worth the effort
