What does the product description mean when it says "chemical resistant"?

If u have chemicals in ur hair it won’t ruin it.

Does this product accept dual voltage? I.e., can it be used with 220 current?

Not sure but I believe it’s 110.

Is it possible on this flat iron have dual voltage for international use?

No it does not. I was concerned that it didn't until used it and loved it (purchased 3 of them lol....)!! The same temp works perfect with no burning.
