Boiron always gets 5 stars for me. They are the best and I'm so happy Amazon sells them, but I make sure they're coming from Amazon and not a 3rd party. Sometimes I get the wrong one and have to return/exchange.

I've been going through a massive health crisis for 1.5 months where I was in and out of emergency rooms and urgent care over four times without anyone really knowing what's going on. I had severe issues in my reproductive area which also included my bladder and what felt like my kidneys. I felt like I had an infection and it was frustrating because things were not showing up on tests, and I did not feel like the doctors were listening to me. Well anyway, finally a lab test showed BV and I looked up online how to help treat it myself. Mainly because I kept having to go back in with the treatment not fully working. I actually gave up at one point and was waiting for an ultrasound and that's when I ordered these so I wasn't taking antibiotics at the time. I was taking five of these pellets about four or five times a day, and it really started to improve my symptoms. I was in so much pain I had to take three ibuprofen along with Tylenol a couple times a day just to deal with the pain. It was next level and I have been through childbirth and it felt worse than that. In the beginning I was certain I had kidney stones but I have had ultrasounds and a CT scan and none were found. At first my symptoms felt like they were getting worse and then I started to have improvement. But the infection is really affecting my nerves and my bladder, so I am having to not eat or drink anything acidic, spicy, or strong or it just is causing more issues. The reason I am raving about this is because I went through the same level of pain for well over a month without any improvement and a couple days on this was the only time I really started to feel a little better. I can tell it was working on it, and now I am back on antibiotics and doing a big round of that and I will finish out this bottle. I also was taking Cantharis 200 which helped with the bladder pain and I felt that almost immediately.

I love this brand! No icky ingredients and it works. I use this for my overstimulating times as a mom.
