***** UPDATE********BOTH THE MANUFACTURER (HOOVER WITH MANUFACTURES WARRANTY & D&G INSURANCE AGREE THIS PRODUCT CANNOT BE REPAIRED.AFTER 4 MONTHS I HAVE HAD 2 ENGINEERS AGREE.CRAMPTON & MOORE ARE NOT REFUNDING MY MONIES.DO NOT BUYDO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!I BOUGHT ONE 4 MONTHS AGO AND HAVE ALREADY HAD AN ENGINEER OUT TALKING NONSENSE ABOUT A REPEATING POPPING SOUND AND LEAVING INCHES, YES INCHES! AT THE REAR OF THE FRIDGE.MY FRIDGE COMPARTMENT DOESN'T CHILL THE FOOD/MILK ETC LEAVING THE ITEMS TO SOUR AND GO BAD OR IT STARTS FREEZING FOOD HELD IN THAT COMPARTMENT.THE FREEZER DOES NOT FREEZE. IT PERIODICALLY DOES WHEN IT WANTS TO.IT RUINED CHRISTMAS.AN ENGINEER CAME OUT EARLY JANUARY AND INFORMED ME OF THE 2 INCH RULE, DID NOT EXPLAIN THE 'POPPING' SOUND.I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS REQUESTS FOR THIS ITEM TO BE UPLIFTED AAND A FULL REFUND MADE.BOTHE HOOVER & CRAMPTON SEEM QUITE HAPPY TO SHAFT ANY CUSTOMERS THAT HAVD BEEN SUPPLIED WITH A PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY.AGAIN I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH*****DO NOT BUY********

I bought this in December and by April it was no longer freezing food. The top 3 freezer compartments feel like a fridge .. and the bottom compartments are not much better. Hoover Warranty repairs are on 03444 995599 but it took me 11 minutes on hold to find that out. I have placed a warranty call for repair with Hoover ... we will see what happens next

THIS FRIDGE FREEZER IS SPACIOUS - EFFICIENT - QUIET RUNNING AND EXCELLENT VALUE.I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ALL OF YOU WHO WANT A GOOD DEAL AND EFFICIENT DELIVERY AND SERVICE - WELL DONE ALL CONCERNED!

Delivery men were very courteous and the product was is clearly of a high quality. Ample space and very good instructions. Purchased with the extended 3 year warranty etc but I have a feeling this will not be needed.

Its very big, could be imposing in a small kitchen. Lots of shelves, bottle rack is very good idea. So far no issues
