So I eat a lot of Chinese dumplings and use a traditional bamboo steamer.I’d tried the silicone sheets before but found they didn’t clean very well and were forever getting lost in the back of the kitchen drawer,so in the end I resorted to cutting my own bits of grease proof paper,but it was getting tedious to say the least,so someone recommended these rounds with the holes already in them and I have to say very impressed.so much so I’ll be ordering from here from now on,plenty in the packet and super quick postage.and easy to store as well.I just tied an elastic band around them and popped them in my cutlery tray,and I pull out a sheet as and when I need them
